DLF net profit declined 94.71 Percent to Rs 33.78 crore in Qtr ending September 2009 for the financial year 2009-2010 compated to Rs 639.01 crore in qtr ending September 2008. Sales declined 70.77 Percent to Rs 314.19 crore in Qtr ending September 2009 for the financial year 2009-2010 compated to Rs 1074.95 crore in qtr ending September 2008.
DLF fell almost 8.5 percent to Rs 234 rs on BSE has there where reports flowing that the company may resale its apartments at New Town Heights, Gurgaon, and Garden City, Chennai, at a discount.This is true because ,I already heard from my husband that the flats at chennai are really getting cheaper day by day and they are selling at 2100 to 2300 rs per Sq Ft.
DLF records the 52 week new low today after it had been in its high at 901 rs which was like way back it has come down by 88 percent to 133 rs.It dropped dead by 13 percent or so today to close down by 20 rs or so just today.
DLF informed the market its 2008-2009 december ending quarter results which has expected was pretty bad ,
Net Profit
Net profit of DLF declined 70.61 percent to Rs 178.06 crore in the quarter ending December 2008-2009 compared to Rs 605.84 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2007. ]
Net Sales
Sales declined 74.68% to Rs 424.41 crore in the quarter ended December 2008-2009 compared to Rs 1676.51 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2007.
