quarter ended September 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 489.26 million for
the quarter ended September 30, 2006. Total Income has increased from

HDIL is up today by 10 rs , after it informed the market today that the company has received a Letter of Intent dated October 15, 2007, for the Airport Slum Rehabilitation project, for removal of slums from encroached Airport land, which has been awarded by Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd to the Company. The Company has also executed an Agreement dated October 15, 2007 for rehabilitation and development of slums around the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and development of part of the cleared land.
Parsvnath Developers Ltd has received the final Notification from the Central Government for the setting up of IT / ITES SEZ at Sahastra Dhara Road at Dehradun (Uttaranchal). With this, the Company now has three notified product specific SEZs for IT / ITES Sectors at Indore, Gurgaon and Debradun, which will be executed by the Company’s Subsidiary, Parsvnath SEZ Ltd.
The total area engrossed by Dehradun SEZ will be 35 acres with a total developable area of 3.8 million sq. ft. The project will involve an investment of Rs 1,050 Crores (approx.). The SEZ will provide infrastructure availability for the development of IT / ITES related offices and Industries in this high potential, unexplored region.
DLF has bagged the project for developing the 9,178-acre Bidadi Knowledge City in Karnataka. The land acquisition cost will be around Rs 3,600 crore and the total cost of the project, including development and sales, is estimated to be between Rs 50,000 crore and Rs 60,000 crore, said a source close to the development.
The project will be developed by DLF in a 50:50 joint venture with the Dubai-based firm Limitless Holdings, a part of Nakheel and Dubai World group. California-based architecture firm Berkely and design firm Calthorpe Associates have been appointed the master planners for the project.
DLF is looking to enter Indian telecom space with Pan India License;for that they are to list REITs on Singapore Stock Exchange to raise $ 2 Bn , they are not planning to operate the telecom company but it is in talks with 2-3 global major wireless players for tie up in telecom venture. DLF is believed to be in talks with AT & T and Singtel.Soon it might get some news on the whole thing that the reason the stock is seeing some raise , and also there might be question is the DLF Equity will be diluted more , but already there is a answer that they might not dilute .So no DLF Telcom IPO soon in the making.
