McDonald’s in Velachery – Yest another food outlet in Velachery

McDonald’s this is the only store that was not there in velachery and that is also now available , yesterday i was visiting a person in velachery and was talking about how velachery has gone from dust to the city which has flourished like anything and almost anyone in Tamilnadu will use velachery as example how a place should grow.
I was always interested in finding out what is coming in velachery and to my surprise i saw McDonald’s fastly coming with its outlet in velachery and this is not something small or anything this is really big not sure may be this is the biggest in Chennai .

Parsvnath Struct a Deal with ITC to manage 50 hotels

                   Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed the market  that Parsvnath Hotels Ltd (PHL), a subsidiary of Parsvnath Developers Ltd, has signed a MoU with Fortune Park Hotels Ltd (FPHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd, to manage 50 Hotels across the country in next three to five years,This will increase the revenue for Parsvnath Builders through Parsvnath Hotels.

Wockhardt Hospitals is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 29,500,000 Equity Shares, for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue.
Price Band
The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs. 280/- at lower level and Rs. 310/- .
Issue Date
The issue opens on January 31, 2008 and closes for subscription on February 05, 2008.

Indian Hotels Company Ltd Results – Announces quarter ended September 30, 2007 result

Indian Hotels Company has posted a profit after tax of Rs 532.40 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 459.10 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 3212.50 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 to Rs 3666.10 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.
