IPOJust now Moneycontrol has told that Future Capital IPO might hit the markwt by jan 11th or so the price band is likely to be Rs 700-765/share, reports CNBC-TV18. Future Cap Holdings is to offer 64.2 lakh shares in IPO to raise Rs 450-490 crore.Think Future Capital IPO might be the first IPO for year 2008 so it might start with a bang , you never know reliance power might also want to take that oppourtunity.
Future Capital IPO gets clearance from SEBI and may hit the market soon if the news is true , this is considered one of the good ipo as its from the Future Group.The company is looking to raise Rs 400 crore through IPO.Future Capital Holdings is offering 64.2 lakh shares via IPO and diluting 10.16% of equity. Promoters holding will reduced to 74% from current 83%.Currently the listed Pantaloon holds 61%, which will come down to 55% post IPO. Kishore Biyani’s stake will come down from 6.6% to 6% post IPO.
