Maruti Suzuki February auto sales number is at 96650 units Vs 79190 units every month its kind of hitting the highest number of auto sold,This includes 11,885 units of exports.The company sold 84,765 units in the domestic market, This is also the highest ever domestic sales made in a month.
Bajaj Auto
February bike sales stood up 80% (YoY) at 2.35 lakh units and total sales stood up 75% to 2,70,000 units.Bajaj Auto saw 100% Motorcycle sales growth as against industry growth of 35%. Pulsar sales stood at 65,000 units in February, Discover sales stood at 90,000 units, Platina sales stood at 45,000 units and Boxer sales stood at 35,000 units.Bajaj Auto two wheeler sales stood at 2,34710 units in February 2010, up 80%.
M&M
M&M total sales stood at 27,894 units Vs 19,994 units. Auto exports stood at 1314 units Vs 300 units. Tractor sales stood at 13,920 units Vs 9,123 units. Tractor exports stood at 780 units Vs 244 units.
Hero Honda
Hero Honda February total sales stood at 3.82 lakh units Vs 3.29 lakh units (YoY).
Tata Motors
Tata Motor’s domestic sales increased 56% at 66,190 vehicles compared to 42,493 sold in February 2009, while exports came in at 3,237 vehicles, up 146%. Its commercial vehicles segment recorded highest ever sales clocked by the company, which grew 67% at 39,205 units versus 23,493 units sold in February 2009. LCV sales too were up 49% at 21,764 units—highest ever for the company. Medium and heavy commercial vehicle sales stood at 17,441 units, a growth of 98% over February last year.The passenger vehicles business reported a total sale and distribution offtake of 29,241 units (26,985 Tata + 2,256 Fiat) in the domestic market in February 2010, the highest ever and a 43.7% increase compared to 20,348 units (19,039 Tata + 1,309 Fiat) in February last year.
Hyundai Motor
Hyundai Motor India recorded a 46.1% push in its sales, which stood at 31,001 units in February 2010.
