Parsvnath Developers Ltd has announced the beginning of construction of its prestigious Mall at Rohini christened as “Parsvnath Mall”. Parsvnath will invest approx. Rs 280 crores in the project. The Company performed the earth-breaking ceremony today.We almost have so many projects from Parsvnath not sure if everything will yield them good profit .

Realty Sector saw a very big crash today and almost from 30 percent to 10 percent there was sector wise crash , heavily hit was Parsvnath developers which i sold at 400 rs today morning closed at 290 or so ,i was lucky that way i can pick this at lower rate.

Sobha Developers launches its first Real Estate Project “Sobha Carnation” in Pune on October 31, 2007. This will be developed in 5.70 acres of land with a developable area of over 3.05 lacs SFT. DLF has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 7666.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. Total Revenue is Rs 12822.60 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.The revenue and profit is really wonderfull think it will have a good run tomorrow .
Parsvnath Developers has posted a net profit of Rs 1007.38 million for the
quarter ended September 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 489.26 million for
the quarter ended September 30, 2006. Total Income has increased from
Rs 2933.38 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 to Rs
4077.20 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.
HDIL is up today by 10 rs , after it informed the market today that the company has received a Letter of Intent dated October 15, 2007, for the Airport Slum Rehabilitation project, for removal of slums from encroached Airport land, which has been awarded by Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd to the Company. The Company has also executed an Agreement dated October 15, 2007 for rehabilitation and development of slums around the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and development of part of the cleared land.
Parsvnath Developers Ltd has received the final Notification from the Central Government for the setting up of IT / ITES SEZ at Sahastra Dhara Road at Dehradun (Uttaranchal). With this, the Company now has three notified product specific SEZs for IT / ITES Sectors at Indore, Gurgaon and Debradun, which will be executed by the Company’s Subsidiary, Parsvnath SEZ Ltd.
The total area engrossed by Dehradun SEZ will be 35 acres with a total developable area of 3.8 million sq. ft. The project will involve an investment of Rs 1,050 Crores (approx.). The SEZ will provide infrastructure availability for the development of IT / ITES related offices and Industries in this high potential, unexplored region.
DLF has bagged the project for developing the 9,178-acre Bidadi Knowledge City in Karnataka. The land acquisition cost will be around Rs 3,600 crore and the total cost of the project, including development and sales, is estimated to be between Rs 50,000 crore and Rs 60,000 crore, said a source close to the development.
The project will be developed by DLF in a 50:50 joint venture with the Dubai-based firm Limitless Holdings, a part of Nakheel and Dubai World group. California-based architecture firm Berkely and design firm Calthorpe Associates have been appointed the master planners for the project.
DLF is looking to enter Indian telecom space with Pan India License;for that they are to list REITs on Singapore Stock Exchange to raise $ 2 Bn , they are not planning to operate the telecom company but it is in talks with 2-3 global major wireless players for tie up in telecom venture. DLF is believed to be in talks with AT & T and Singtel.Soon it might get some news on the whole thing that the reason the stock is seeing some raise , and also there might be question is the DLF Equity will be diluted more , but already there is a answer that they might not dilute .So no DLF Telcom IPO soon in the making.
DLF Ltd has announced its second IT Park in Kolkata. The Company is developing this state of the art, world-class facility on 25 acres of land offering 2.5 million sq.ft. of IT/ITES workspace.Just thinking how much more IT space is needed to have all the places accomadated , if the IT jobs comes to stand still think these IT spaces will be utilised for something else.
Unitech stocks which i hold like 25 or so rose almost 100 rs in a week or so , theyraised today for s different reason normally they raise because of realty index and realty news , but today it rose because of telecom news.They have informed the market that “8 of its wholly-owned subsidiary Companies have decided to submit applications to the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to provide Unified Access Services (UAS) in 22 telecom circles across the country.”
