Gujarat NRE informed the market that on the meetiong that going to be held on Jul 18, 2008 they are going to consider Q1 results, Bonus Issue and also Rights Issue , But the market dint really respect it ,the stock is almost down by 10 rs.
Valecha engineering informed the market that on a meeting thats going to be held on july 30th 2008 they are going to decide on the proposal of Bonus issue ,the market again dint respect the news and the stock was down on closing , I was intrested in this stock before but they showed a very bad result for QTR ending Dec 2007, so not intrested any more..
Hind Rectifiers informed the market that they have approved bonus issue and they are going to give 1 equity share to all those who hold already 1 equity share, the Record date for the same will be announced here, The Stock got noticed after the bonus news and have increased by 4.8 percent to close the day at 155 rs.
Jetking Infotrain had a good run in the market after the board announced that on the meeting thats going to be held on june 30th 2008 they are going to decide on Bonus issue .
GAIL India informed the marke that the board has declared bonus issue and it rose after recommended issue of bonus shares in the ratio of one equity share for every two shares held.The Record Date for the same will be informed later.
Bank of rajasthan in a press release to the market announced that it has declared a dividend of 5 percent and also declared the bonus in the ratio of 1:5 shares for all the shareholders on the day of record date, The record date for the same will be son announced here.
Reliance power which went into ex-bonus from yesterday closed well below expectation , The stock is currently trading at Rs 235, which is less than around Rs 35 of its ex-bonus price.Reliance Power has gone ex-bonus today. Its first trade was at Rs 308.95. Reliance Power was seen at Rs 290-310 ex-bonus.
JM Financial’s Board which came out with result today as announced Bonus and also Stock split .It  has approved bonus issue of 3 shares for every 2 shares and Stock split to Re 1 from Rs 10.

Opto Circuits India Ltd has informed the market that on a meeting that was held on may 27th 2008 they have decided on dividend and Bonus information and the information is as follows
1. Recommended payment of 50% Dividend, subject to Share Holders Approval in the Annual General Meeting.
2. Recommended to issue Bonus Shares of 7 shares for every 10 shares held, subject to Share Holder approval in the Annual General Meeting.
Kamanwala Housing recommends 1 is to 1 Bonus and Dividend , in the meeting that was held on may 27th kamanwala housing made decision on Bonus and Dividend and they have come out with the following info.

1. recommended a Dividend of Rs 2.50 per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each (i.e. 25%) for the Financial Year 2007-08; and

Reliance power spurted today almost 5 percent or so and it crossed the Retailers ipo price today , As the the bokk clousre date are nearing the stock is seeing some interests and they are getting picked by everyone expecting a bonus share , but there is still no change in the financials or anything , Anyway The stock had a 52-week high of Rs 599.90 on 11 February 2008 and a 52-week low of Rs 303.45 on 24 March 2008.The stock has almost gained 12.68% from Rs 387.50 which was the day when the company issued news of the bonus issue.
Shipping Corporation Board informed the market that they have considered the proposal to issue 1 bonus share for every 2 shares held, to the shareholders and it was decided to recommend the proposal to the administrative ministry i.e. Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport & Highways for their approval in terms of the Articles of Association of the Company.
