Jyothy Laboratories Stock Split and announces Dividend

Jyothy Laboratories informed the market that in a meeting that was held yesterday they made decision on stock split and also dividend on the stock split side they decided and approved sub-division of existing equity shares of Rs 5 each into 5 equity shares of Rs 1 each. And on the divided side with already proposed 7.5 rs dividend per share they added 2.5 more as a silver jubilee bonanza and made the dividend as 10 rs per equity share.
