Idea and Spice Tele might for a deal in another week or so, thats what market is talkign about but it might be speculation also , i saw this first in moneycontrol , but i also saw this news some where else not sure , but Everyone knw that spice tele is planning for a IPO and its also doing a placement before IPO and Idea was buying in some good portion out of that , if this two company joins hand , they might be the third or fourth big Telecom operators in india.
