Just a warning please dont try to understand Untechs results , they always post a 1000% increase in net profit and sales ,Unitech has declared its FY07 numbers. The company has reported consolidated net profit of Rs 1305 crore (Rs 13.05 billion) versus Rs 87.7 crore (Rs 877 million) and consolidated revenue of Rs 3,388 crore (Rs 33.88 billion) versus Rs 954 crore (Rs 9.54 billion).FY07 EPS stood at Rs 16.07. and also as you know they have declared 1: 1 bonus , now they have a land bank of 475 Million sq ft compared to DLF land bank of 575 million , the figures that i have give over here is approximate , point i'm trying to make is Unitech is almost in the race to catch the top place.
