Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd informed that it buys into 50.001% of the share capital of Naandan Irrigation Systems C.S. Ltd, Israel in all cash deal for an amount of $ 21.5 mn. Out of which a sum of $ 10.5 mn will be retained in Naandan for future growth of the Company.This would help Jain irrigation to spread its business all over the world , NaanDan Irrigation who are also into Drip water irrigation system have world wide distributors, it will help mutually both company in sharing the technology .
