DLF IPO is planned to open on June 10the 2007 , and the predicted price range for the IPO is around 500-550 rs ,DLF IPO files its Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI on 24th May 2007 for its forthcoming initial public offer. DLF is offering 175,000,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each to the public, through a 100% book building process. The issue comprises reservation of 1,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 2 each for subscription by the employees of the company and a net issue to the Public of 174,000,000 shares.
