NIIT Technology Bonus Issue and announces Dividend
NIIT Technologies Ltd has recommended the following proposals, for the approval of the shareholders:
1. Recommended a dividend of Rs 6.50 per equity share (previous year: Rs 6.00 per equity share).
2. Issue of bonus shares on the Company's equity shares in the ratio of 1:2 .
