Karuturi Networks Ltd has acquired 100% Stake and Management Control in Estel communications Pvt Ltd, a Delhi Based, Category A Internet Service Provider which was jointly promoted by a Nasdaq listed Company and a Delhi group, focusing on providing end to end Network Solutions to several Corporates in the IT and ITES sector.This would be helpfull for them to capture some more market around all the areas in India , we will see if it wins against big company like BSNL , Reliance, Airtel and more.
