Empower Industries India Ltd has informed the market that the company has fixed record date for the Bonus issue , the record date is set as March 25, 2010 for the purpose of Issue of Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 23:2 (Twenty three new Equity Shares for every 2 existing Equity shares held) to the existing Shareholders of the Company.
