McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has informed the market that in the meeting that was held on November 23 2009 they decided on the rights issue , and the firther detail is they have adopted a resolution for issue of Rights Shares at the ratio of 1 new share for every 10 shares held at a premium of Rs. 130 that is Rs. 140 in all.
