Nu Tek India Ltd has informed the makret that in the meeting that they had on december 8th 2009 , they have decided to fix December 24th 2009 as the record date for the planned stock split , which is sub-division of equity share of Rs. 10 each into the two equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
