This is something that was started by Tata Docomo and everyone are following it , man this was like a big bang for telecom company all the telecom stock price came down to 52 week low and still they are advertising , but finally its the retailers benefiting first time , But there are still catches in the offer that they are doing for making this per second rate.see the following table that was found in Business standard.
