Pyramid Samira barred from accessing market for 7 Years

SEBI informed on friday that they have bannedPyramid Saimira Theatre Ltd (PSTL) from accessing the capital markets for a period of seven years.Ok what is the meaning of it still im also not sure does it mean there will be no trading or that the company cant do anything in capital market for 7 years , what will happen to the stock those things are not clear will give more update on that.
The ban came after the market regulator found out that PSTL had helped seven individuals to pose as employees of the company and corner shares earmarked for staff during its initial public offering in December 2006.
