NAVs rally as markets end at 17month high

Equity diversified NAVs rallied for the second consecutive day and ended with advance:decline ratio of 248:0, as the markets closed at 17month high. The Nifty closed above the 5,100 mark and the Sensex ended above the 17,200 level, for the first time since May 21, 2008.
