Ind Tra Deco Ltd informed the market yesterday that in the meeting that was held they have decided that July 28, 2009 has been fixed as the Record Date for determining who is eligible for the bonus issue that they have allocated in the ratio of of 2:3 (Two Fully paid Equity Shares for every Three Equity Shares held).
