Bajaj Holdings & Investment – New name for old Bajaj Auto scrip

Bajaj Auto is delisting from today technically and then Bajaj Auto is listed as Bajaj Holdings and investment , and later Bajaj auto itself will be listed in the market ,after restructuring it lists at 1000 rs .This scheme of arrangent is in response to February 19, 2008 has they sanctioned the Scheme of Arrangement of Demerger between Bajaj Auto Ltd (BAL), Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd (BHIL) and Bajaj Finserv Ltd (BFS) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
