Parsvnath Developers Ltd conducted the bhoomipujan of the ultra modern township Parsvnath Paliwal City, Panipat with a project cost of Rs 235 crores. The plots in the township would be ranging from 250 sq. mtrs. to 836 sq. mtrs. The Company would now develop the township in sector 38-39 of Panipat.They are planning to finish it by 2 years.
Raj Tv has announced the market that for now they have only license to broadcast two channels and which they are going to start sooner , but thing previously they had said that thwy are going to start 12 channels or so and they have approval for that , that may be the reason that Raj Tv is down today.
Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd (VSNL) has announced that it has become the first Company to launch WiMax services in India. It has announced the commencement of these services for enterprise customers in Bangalore.but im not sure if thats true , thought we have WiMax from various other telecom providers , not sure i have to check out my previous posts.
Idea and Spice Tele might for a deal in another week or so, thats what market is talkign about but it might be speculation also , i saw this first in moneycontrol , but i also saw this news some where else not sure , but Everyone knw that spice tele is planning for a IPO and its also doing a placement before IPO and Idea was buying in some good portion out of that , if this two company joins hand , they might be the third or fourth big Telecom operators in india.
Patel Engineering rose 2.60% to Rs 429.90 after it announced that the Company has bagged an annuity based Build Operate-Transfer (BOT) project worth Rs 518 crore from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The project would be located on NH-7 in the State of Andhra Pradesh under North-South Corridor (NHDP Phase II).
Simplex Infrastructures rose to 7 percent at Rs 347.50 afterthe news of its order win for Rs 1055 crore.Simplex Infrastructures Net profit jumped 57.2% to Rs 17.29 crore in Q3 December 2006 (Rs 11 crore).
GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed that Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL), a subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a Company named as ‘Delhi Aerotropolis Pvt Ltd’ on May 22, 2007 as its 100% subsidiary,they have formed this company to pursue thr business into commercial property development.

Bajaj Electricals stocks rose up today by 10 percent first reason is the Bonus Issue news and second is the impressive results . The company’s Q4 net profit was at Rs 18.9 crore versus Rs 13.6 crore on YoY basis. It also approved 1:1 bonus issue. |

Unitech Hotel is in the making , sources say that UNITECH might plan to hive off the hotel business into a new company called Unitech Hotels , they are planning to almost 25 hotels under its flagship name Unitech , they are also already approached by major infra funds and US Fund houses.Think this is too many surprises for Unitech today.

So one more real estate company to hit the maket aftr DLF would be IVR PRIME ,IVR Prime IPO will be out in the next 45 days. It is expected to raise Rs 650-750 crore via diluting 18-21% stake.We will wait and see how the reponse is for DLF then IVR Prime will open.
I was not able to see the opening today from home , i was busy attending a wedding and thats the time by phone came handy , i used the GRPS in my phone and connected to the wap site of BSEINDIA i have to say thats the one of the best wap site by means of usage i have seen , i tracked the market almost for 30 minutes through the phone , BSE Sensex, which stayed above the 14,500 level, for most past of the day, suddenly started declining in late afternoon trade, on heavy profit booking.It gained 59.44 points or 0.41% to settle at 14,397.89, There was nothing to worry for the market when it opened so market opened today with 175 points above previous close , Profit taking in the afternoon session saw the points decline to where it stands now .It almost stays 340 points below the Market all time high of 14723 points.
IVRCL Infrastructure has announced its Q4 and FY07 results. The company has reported net profit of Rs 72.3 crore (Rs 723 million) in Q4 of FY07 as against Rs 43.8 crore (Rs 438 million) in Q4 of FY06 and revenue of Rs 1009.3 crore (Rs 10.09 billion) versus Rs 590.6 crore (Rs 5.9 billion).so the results are above expectation and this has been already witnessed in the market by the stock price going up by 20 rs.
Just a warning please dont try to understand Untechs results , they always post a 1000% increase in net profit and sales ,Unitech has declared its FY07 numbers. The company has reported consolidated net profit of Rs 1305 crore (Rs 13.05 billion) versus Rs 87.7 crore (Rs 877 million) and consolidated revenue of Rs 3,388 crore (Rs 33.88 billion) versus Rs 954 crore (Rs 9.54 billion).FY07 EPS stood at Rs 16.07. and also as you know they have declared 1: 1 bonus , now they have a land bank of 475 Million sq ft compared to DLF land bank of 575 million , the figures that i have give over here is approximate , point i’m trying to make is Unitech is almost in the race to catch the top place.
