So Saddam Hussein is hanged and not sure why such a hurry may be they don’t want to put too many days on this because world wide thr might be people who might support Saddam and that might lead to more problems , so think they just want get this thing over.

Today morning myself and my friend was arguing over the fact how the TV channels predict the stock market when it goes down they will oh the market is taking off and it will stop only at 10000 and then they change it when it goes up saying the market will reach 14000 , no channels predicts it correctly,Not even the so called analyst does thr job correctly , they talk abt all technicals and everything but no one did thr job correctly in 2006 , the market was always driven by company news.
Finally i was arguing with my friend saying see the chart both nse and bse was up by 40 % but comparing to Dow jones and other market which dint have a raise like Indian market , my friend thr gave a valid point saying no one has good GDP raise like us, and not all the country have super power company like infosys tcs reliance maruti and many more which is giving a consistent return of 30 % profit every QTR with companies like this the market might always surprise you, and i see hte same argument by DSP Merill Lynch also .
Andrew Holland of DSP Merrill Lynch gives his market forecast for the year 2007. Holland believes that Indian valuations look expensive against other emerging markets in Asia and globally. But no other country is growing in terms of GDP growth apart from China, and India has been enjoying for the last 2-3 years for consistent EPS growth, he says.
According to him, next year, markets will see another 20-25% EPS growth. He adds that valuations do remain high, and rightly so, because the growth is more than justified.
