Development Credit Bank IPO is priced at Rs 22-26/share , ok first is the price cheaper or costly with the profit they had on the last QTR FY06 Price to Adjusted Book Value of 2.7x on 22 rs and 3.2x on the 26 rs. If you see other private banks in the list they are availabl;e the same below 3.5x PE so that bieng the case i would say the rate is not that cheap.
